A fractional VP of Growth role with a global BPO and managed services company, focused on originating enterprise opportunities and building a pipeline of senior commercial relationships across key industry sectors.

The company is expanding its commercial leadership network and seeking a fractional VP of Growth to originate and develop new enterprise business.
This is a performance-led, commission-only engagement structured for senior executives with established C-suite networks who can drive meaningful commercial outcomes independently. There is no base salary or guaranteed retainer. Potential equity upside is available subject to eligibility and separate agreement.
- Leverage existing executive relationships to identify and qualify new enterprise business opportunities.
- Engage senior decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs and COOs to surface operational challenges addressable by BPO and managed services.
- Build and manage a pipeline of multi-year, multi-market commercial opportunities.
- Lead strategic business development conversations through to commercial agreement.
- Collaborate with Korfshore's global commercial, solutions and delivery teams to develop client proposals.
- Cultivate long-term relationships that support recurring enterprise revenue.
- Proven track record in enterprise business development, strategic sales or senior commercial leadership.
- Strong existing relationships with C-suite decision-makers across relevant industries such as BPO, outsourcing, healthcare, finance or logistics.
- Experience identifying, qualifying and progressing complex commercial opportunities.
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial approach with the credibility to represent a global organisation at executive level.
- Comfortable operating on a 100% commission-based, fractional and performance-led engagement with no guaranteed income.
