Head of Growth and Partnerships - Part-Time

Consulting for Human Services (CFHS), operating under Merakey, is seeking a part-time Head of Growth and Partnerships to lead revenue expansion across the nonprofit human services sector. The role centres on identifying and closing new client opportunities, managing strategic alliances, and maintaining strong client relationships in areas including behavioural health, SUD, IDD, and healthcare.

The successful candidate will also function as a billable consultant on assigned projects and provide supervisory leadership across growth initiatives. The position is structured at approximately 20 hours per week and requires deep sector expertise alongside a proven track record in consulting and non-profit leadership.

• Lead business development efforts to identify, cultivate, and close new client opportunities in the nonprofit human services sector
• Manage and grow key client relationships, supporting retention and revenue expansion
• Develop and maintain strategic alliances and partnership agreements across behavioural health, SUD, IDD, and healthcare
• Serve as a billable consultant on assigned client projects
• Provide supervisory and managerial leadership across growth-related initiatives
• Drive revenue strategy and track pipeline performance against growth targets

• Bachelor's degree in behavioural health, human services, or healthcare
• 15 or more years of experience in consulting, human services, and/or healthcare
• 7 or more years in consulting, non-profit leadership, and strategic growth roles within human services, behavioural health, SUD, IDD, and/or healthcare
• 7 or more years of supervisory or managerial experience in a relevant field
• Demonstrated ability to close new business and manage complex client relationships
• Experience working within or alongside nonprofit organisations at a senior level
