Director of Marketing (Fractional) — Commercial Real Estate

Collektion Capital LLC is a vertically integrated owner-operator of multi-tenant small-bay industrial properties across Florida and Georgia. This fractional, part-time engagement gives a senior marketing professional full ownership of the firm's marketing function, with direct access to the CEO and high autonomy to set strategy and execute independently.

The role covers everything from brand positioning and investor materials through to digital campaigns, SEO, social advertising, and email marketing. Hours are flexible and negotiable. External designers, developers, and freelance support can be brought in as projects require, with the fractional director coordinating all vendor relationships.

• Assess the current marketing position and build a comprehensive marketing plan and strategy
• Plan, coordinate, and direct all marketing efforts across the firm and its portfolio
• Conduct competitor research and analyse demand for the company's services and asset classes
• Write clear, professional copy for investor materials, property marketing collateral, and company communications
• Create and manage advertising campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and performance channels
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, including expenditures and profit and loss projections

• Experience in commercial real estate marketing or a closely related field such as asset management, brokerage, or institutional real estate services
• Demonstrated success running integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, social advertising, email, and performance marketing
• Familiarity with CRM systems, with HubSpot preferred
• Strong written communication skills, able to produce polished, professional copy independently
• Comfortable operating without a team and coordinating freelance or contract support as needed
• Working knowledge of marketing budgeting and basic profit and loss analysis
