SentrAIx is seeking a fractional CTO to lead technical strategy and architecture for its SmartTestAIx autonomous validation platform, working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
SentrAIx's SmartTestAIx is a governed autonomous validation platform designed for AI-accelerated engineering teams. It automatically discovers application workflows, generates validations, and adapts as products evolve, integrating with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Microsoft Azure.
The fractional CTO will own the long-term technology vision, define architectural direction, and align engineering initiatives with business and go-to-market objectives. The role spans mentoring engineering leaders, overseeing technical roadmaps, supporting enterprise customer conversations, evaluating emerging technologies, and partnering with leadership on strategic resource planning. Platform security, scalability, and delivery process improvement are core ongoing responsibilities.
- Define and communicate architectural direction for the SmartTestAIx platform
- Oversee and maintain technical roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Mentor engineering leaders and guide software development best practices
- Support enterprise customer discussions and represent technical credibility externally
- Evaluate emerging technologies and improve delivery and CI/CD processes
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation
- Strong background in software and product development, with experience delivering complex cloud-based enterprise platforms
- Proficiency in IT strategy and architecture, including scalable, secure, and resilient system design for modern DevOps environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Microsoft Azure
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical roadmaps end to end
- Proven leadership in technology organisations, including mentoring senior engineers and engaging business stakeholders
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
