Interim Group Chief Finance Officer (Group CFO) – Permanent Option

A well-established international luxury hospitality group with an award-winning portfolio of five-star hotels is preparing for a successful IPO. The board requires an immediately available Group CFO to build the financial controls, corporate governance, and capital markets readiness required of a listed business, working alongside the Group FD and engaging directly with brokers, auditors, lenders, and institutional investors across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a remote-first role with regular travel to Gibraltar and various European cities for broker meetings and board engagements, plus occasional visits to international operating locations. A permanent appointment remains an option for the right candidate. Applicants currently requiring visa sponsorship in the UK will not be considered.

• Lead the IPO readiness programme alongside the Group FD, strengthening financial controls, corporate governance, and listed-company reporting standards.
• Chair and attend high-level meetings with European brokers, UK and European banks, lenders, and institutional investors in connection with the IPO.
• Support development of the equity story and route to market for the listing.
• Contribute to strategic board discussions covering group structure, the development pipeline, acquisitions, and pre-IPO positioning.
• Manage specific financial projects across group companies operating in multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee financial initiatives aligned to the group's growth and pre-IPO objectives.

• ACA or ACCA qualified with 25+ years of financial leadership experience in large multinational companies.
• Proven IPO experience, having taken a business through a listing or operated as CFO of a listed or pre-IPO company.
• Strong track record managing banking and lender relationships across UK, European, and international jurisdictions.
• Experience engaging with external stakeholders including auditors, advisors, brokers, and institutional investors.
• Hands-on experience reviewing and presenting consolidated group accounts to board level.
• Immediately available or able to start at short notice; must not require visa sponsorship in the UK.
