Interim Chief Financial Officer

This interim CFO role sits within a well-established consumer group operating a portfolio of brands across multiple sites. The position is central to strengthening overall financial performance, lifting site-level profitability and supporting the leadership team through the next phase of growth.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and commercial performance reporting. Responsibilities also extend to investment appraisal, strategic decision-making support and the implementation of robust financial controls. The role is based on a hybrid arrangement in Central London and carries a day rate of GBP 70 to GBP 100 per hour, as advertised by the recruiter.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management across the group
• Analyse and improve site-level profitability and cost margins
• Drive operational efficiency through robust financial controls

• Oversee commercial finance performance reporting across all sites

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in multi-site consumer businesses

• Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders in fast-paced settings
