Arise Labs is seeking a co-founder CEO to lead commercial strategy, close seed funding, and bring enterprise AI infrastructure products to market alongside the technical founder.
Arise Labs is an Austin-based AI infrastructure lab building private, enterprise-grade cognitive architectures. Their multi-agent routing systems allow boards and C-suite leaders to query operational strategy and trace answers through to codebases, telemetry, and frontline execution layers. The platform uses custom fine-tuned model topologies and local inference engines to deliver data sovereignty and predictable scaling.
The incoming co-founder CEO will partner with technical founder Chad Gauthier to lead fundraising, build out go-to-market strategy, and establish governance structures. Compensation includes a 20% co-founder equity stake, a 3 to 5% capital success fee, and an executive salary upon seed close.
- Lead seed and angel fundraising, cultivating relationships with institutional VC funds and strategic angel syndicates to close initial capital tranches
- Secure non-dilutive resources including enterprise cloud credits and compute allocations across AWS, GCP, Azure, and NVIDIA Inception
- Package the executive diagnostic architecture into high-value enterprise pilot propositions and drive go-to-market execution
- Define financial models, pricing tiers, and governance frameworks aligned with long-term board requirements and sustainable revenue
- Serve as the commercial counterpart to the technical founder, ensuring product capabilities map directly to real-world market demands
- Proven experience in fundraising and investor relations, ideally within AI infrastructure or enterprise software
- Track record in enterprise sales and commercial go-to-market leadership
- Experience as a founder, EIR, or venture builder with an operator mindset
- Ability to define financial models, pricing strategy, and corporate governance frameworks
- Based in or willing to work from Austin, TX on a hybrid basis
