• Evaluate opportunity quality, technical feasibility, and execution readiness for assigned projects
• Provide subject-matter expertise across designated functional lanes including energy, infrastructure, security, or logistics
• Assess legal compliance, privacy requirements, and commercial structure for engagements
• Contribute to project-specific teams with clearly defined deliverables and accountability
• Support risk identification and business continuity planning across critical-facility contexts
• Participate in advisory board governance, including review of material risks and strategic decisions

• Demonstrated senior expertise in one or more of the following: critical-facility continuity, energy and power infrastructure, data centres, industrial decommissioning, cybersecurity, or infrastructure finance
• Proven ability to execute defined project assignments with clear scope and accountability
• Experience in advisory, governance, fractional leadership, or independent consulting roles
• Capable of contributing across US markets and, where applicable, selected international engagements
• Strong professional standing in a relevant discipline such as engineering, legal, finance, operations, or technology
