Senior Vice President, Product Platform (Fractional)

This fractional engagement sits at the executive level within a clinical-stage biotech developing a next-generation digital health platform tied to a novel therapeutic programme. The SVP, Product Platform will define and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap, overseeing both patient-facing and clinician-facing applications while managing external software development partners.

The role requires close collaboration with Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations teams, as well as regular engagement with executives, investors, and the Board. It is offered initially on a fractional basis, with a potential pathway to a permanent executive position as the company progresses through clinical development and growth.

• Define and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap for a clinical-stage biotech platform
• Lead product development across patient-facing and clinician-facing applications
• Manage and coordinate external software development partners
• Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations teams to align product and programme goals
• Present product strategy and progress to executives, investors, and the Board
• Drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment

• VP or SVP-level product leadership experience in digital health or healthcare technology
• Demonstrated track record delivering complex digital healthcare products end-to-end
• Experience managing external development partners and vendors
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred
• Venture-backed biotech or digital therapeutics experience preferred; CNS or psychiatry background advantageous
