Ramp is building a System Integrator and Advisory channel program from the ground up, requiring someone to acquire new partners, design routing and qualification processes, and develop scalable program infrastructure.
Ramp's implementation and advisory motion is evolving as the business scales. This role sits at the centre of that shift, owning the build-out of a System Integrator and Advisory channel that expands delivery capacity, reaches new customer segments, and drives faster time-to-value for clients.
The successful candidate will have real ownership over how Ramp partners with SIs, advisory firms, and boutique consulting shops. The goal is a repeatable, high-quality partner program that grows alongside Ramp and becomes a core part of how the company acquires and delivers for customers.
- Acquire new System Integrator, advisory, and boutique consulting partners to grow the referral pipeline and expand customer reach.
- Define implementation routing logic and qualification criteria so sales teams can engage the right partner for each deal.
- Develop co-branded campaigns, playbooks, and collateral to support the go-to-market engine with partners.
- Translate program learnings into contracts, tooling, and quality assurance infrastructure to support network growth at scale.
- Build a holistic acquisition strategy targeting middle-market and lower-market SIs, and automate processes to create a scalable program.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in partnerships, channel operations, or professional services with a track record of building programs, not just managing them.
- Direct experience scaling a partner delivery or channel program, with fluency across commercial, operational, and technical dimensions.
- Comfortable designing processes from scratch and pressure-testing existing ones.
- Analytical approach: builds forecasts from imperfect data, pressure-tests assumptions, and translates models into decisions.
- Strong cross-functional communicator able to align Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and external partners concurrently.
- High agency and bias toward structure, energised by ambiguity and able to resolve it systematically.
