Fractional Head of Growth at Yaz Associates GmbH

The client is an early-stage startup building a consumer agentic AI product that takes action on users' behalf. Having established early product-market fit, they are now hiring their first Head of Growth to convert initial traction into a scalable, repeatable engine. The role is based in the UK South East with regular travel into central London.

This is a builder role with a blank-canvas mandate. You will own product-led growth mechanics, social-first brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, X, YouTube Shorts, and Reddit, a content and creator programme tied to real sign-up numbers, and the build-out of a lean marketing team as the business moves through its next funding round.

• Design and operate a PLG engine covering activation, retention, referral loops, and lifecycle marketing
• Build and manage a social-first brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, X, YouTube Shorts, and Reddit
• Develop a content and creator programme using demos, use-case storytelling, and influencer partnerships
• Hire and lead a lean marketing team as the company scales through its next funding round
• Track and report on growth metrics, channels, and acquisition performance
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for UK and European B2C markets

• Proven track record launching and scaling a B2C mobile app in the UK or EU, with specific metrics to demonstrate it
• Hands-on experience building organic social growth across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and similar platforms
• Comfort operating in early-stage startup environments with ambiguity and limited resources
• Strong product, data, and analytics fluency
• Deep understanding of UK and European B2C consumer behaviour and platform dynamics
• Excellent written and on-camera communication skills; AI-native product experience and community-led growth experience (Discord, Reddit) are advantageous
