GTM Operations, Sustainability Advisory & Services

This role sits within GTM Operations and supports four global teams delivering advisory and professional services, including emissions measurement, reporting, target-setting, and decarbonisation. The position carries real scope to shape how a modern services operation runs, from building staffing and forecasting models through to embedding AI into daily delivery workflows.

The successful candidate will run the operating cadence, own dashboards and reporting infrastructure, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and partner directly with Services leadership to keep the organisation tracking against its KPIs. The role is based in New York or San Francisco with four in-office days per week required.

• Build staffing, capacity, and forecasting models that translate business data into resourcing recommendations informing budgeting and headcount decisions.
• Own dashboards and reporting infrastructure that provide leadership with real-time visibility into utilisation, capacity, and delivery quality.
• Design and ship AI-first operational workflows and internal tooling that convert manual processes into scalable systems.
• Run the weekly operating cadence, including capacity reviews, customer assignments, and workload management across teams.
• Drive the strategic planning process, covering OKR setting, business reviews, and long-range planning, leading multi-workstream initiatives end-to-end.
• Partner with Services leadership to hold teams accountable to targets and ensure the organisation delivers against its KPIs.

• Five to seven years in management consulting or strategy and operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning complex workstreams end-to-end.
• Demonstrated ability to build repeatable operational systems from design through implementation and optimisation.
• Expert-level data modelling and analysis skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.
• AI already embedded in day-to-day work, with familiarity with tools such as Claude Code or Cursor considered a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority across busy cross-functional partners.
