Founding Partner & Growth Marketer (Fractional / Equity-Based)

Zeego AI is building a lower-cost alternative to the traditional residential real estate model, combining AI-driven property intelligence with licensed agent support to align costs with actual value. The founder brings real estate law and brokerage expertise, and the product vision is in place. The business now needs a hands-on growth operator to secure its first users and execute an early marketing playbook.

This fractional Founding Partner role is split between strategic digital marketing and boots-on-the-ground execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder to test GTM approaches, run paid campaigns, manage inbound leads, and build early referral partnerships. Compensation is equity-first, with a meaningful founding stake, standard vesting, and performance-based accelerators tied to user traction.

• Build, test, and execute early go-to-market playbooks to acquire the first active users
• Deploy guerrilla and local marketing tactics, including field promotions and physical advertising
• Set up and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Search and LinkedIn
• Develop social media presence and lay groundwork for influencer-led brand scaling
• Manage inbound leads and cultivate early referral partnerships with mortgage brokers and local networks
• Translate user feedback into actionable improvements in product positioning and marketing messaging

• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments with minimal direction
• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
• Comfort with scrappy tactics such as cold calling, growth hacking, and guerrilla marketing
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and maintain execution tempo
• Motivated primarily by equity upside and long-term ownership rather than a fixed salary
• Prior experience in growth, marketing, or campus ambassador roles is an advantage
