- Advise portfolio startups on entity formation, regulatory compliance, IP protection, and commercial contracts across multiple industries
- Develop scalable contract templates and risk-mitigation strategies to support deal flow and capital raises
- Support partnership agreements and go-to-market launches across the venture studio portfolio
- Serve as a trusted C-level legal advisor to founders during critical growth and funding phases
- Collaborate with investment, operations, technical, and finance leaders on cross-functional matters
- Build and maintain deal-flow processes and legal infrastructure suited to early-stage, high-growth environments
- JD with 10 or more years advising early-stage, venture-backed startups, high-growth companies, or investment funds
- Deep knowledge of venture finance, securities law, and SaaS, digital, and IP agreements
- Experience with regulatory frameworks relevant to technical startups across multiple sectors
- Pragmatic, collaborative approach that balances founder-friendly counsel with institutional investor requirements
- Ability to work across multiple portfolio companies simultaneously in a fractional capacity
