Workato is seeking a Director of Solutions Consulting to lead client-facing technical engagements across its enterprise iPaaS platform. The role spans API management, data orchestration, AI workflows, and low-code application delivery, requiring both hands-on technical depth and the ability to translate complex capabilities into business value for enterprise buyers.
The position sits at the intersection of presales, product, and engineering, requiring close collaboration across teams to shape scalable solutions for sophisticated client environments. Strong leadership of a solutions consulting team and a track record of technical sales enablement are central to the mandate.
- Lead and develop the solutions consulting team to deliver high-quality presales and technical engagements
- Oversee enterprise client engagements, translating business requirements into platform-based solutions
- Drive technical sales enablement, including demos, proof-of-concept builds, and solution design
- Collaborate with product and engineering to incorporate client feedback and tailor platform capabilities
- Champion API management, data orchestration, and AI workflow solutions with strategic accounts
- Define and refine team processes, methodologies, and technical playbooks
- Demonstrated experience leading solutions consulting or presales teams in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Deep knowledge of integration platforms, API management, and automation technologies
- Ability to engage credibly with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience with iPaaS, low-code development, or AI workflow tooling
- Strong communication and client engagement skills in complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Based in Singapore or able to work on-site
