Coordinator, Business Recruiting - Contract

Datadog's recruiting team partners with leadership across technical and business functions to grow the organisation. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage the full candidate interview lifecycle, from scheduling and travel coordination through to offer letters and onboarding support. The role carries meaningful visibility and direct impact on how candidates experience the company.

Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and people business partners, you will maintain accurate job postings in the Applicant Tracking System, support interviewer training, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. There is scope to take on additional projects based on capacity and contribution.

• Organise all stages of the candidate interview process, including on-site and remote scheduling, travel coordination, reimbursements, and offer letter distribution
• Maintain job openings and postings in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience, including greeting visitors and conducting office tours
• Support the training and onboarding of new interviewers to scale interview panels
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, people partners, coordinators, and hiring managers through proactive communication
• Support new hire onboarding by delivering informative sessions and providing ongoing assistance

• Minimum three years of professional experience, with at least two years in a relevant recruiting or coordination role
• Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent tasks and priorities
• Effective communicator, confident engaging with candidates, colleagues, and senior leaders in writing and verbally
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain pace in a fast-moving recruitment environment
• Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges and process improvement
