Fractional CMO — VTAP LLC

VTAP LLC is looking for a senior Fractional CMO to shape its marketing direction on a part-time basis. The role covers full marketing ownership, from defining annual strategy and channel mix through to go-to-market execution for new services. The Fractional CMO will work directly with executive leadership to align marketing activity with sales, recruiting, and client success teams, while managing internal staff and external agencies.

Engagement is structured at 10 to 20 hours per week on a monthly or quarterly contract, with strategy and leadership responsibilities retained by the CMO and execution delegated to team members or agency partners. Compensation is between USD 150 and USD 250 per hour.

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation, and growth targets.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent identity across digital and offline channels.
• Design go-to-market motions for new service offerings, aligning with sales and recruiting teams.
• Build demand-generation campaigns that drive qualified employer leads and candidate pipelines.
• Lead internal marketing staff and manage agencies responsible for advertising, content, and branding.
• Present marketing performance to executive leadership and translate data into strategic decisions.

• 10 or more years of senior marketing leadership experience.
