A fractional CMO role serving as the dedicated marketing partner to a portfolio of small law firm clients, owning brand strategy, multi-channel execution, KPI measurement, and owner coaching.
How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM) is the leading provider of fractional C-suite services for solo and small law practices in the United States. In this role, you serve as the outsourced marketing leader across a portfolio of law firm clients, setting strategy, building repeatable systems, and coaching principals and their internal teams. The role is structured for experienced CMOs who have managed multiple concurrent SMB client relationships under that specific title, not VP or Director equivalents.

- Data-driven approach with the ability to coach non-marketing executives on strategy
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent senior leadership experience
- Current U.S. work authorisation without sponsorship, and residency in one of the specified states
