LivingHR is placing a fractional CHRO/CPO with a client organisation in St. Louis on a part-time, on-site basis. The role carries enterprise-wide responsibility for aligning talent, culture, and organisational design with business performance. It functions at the intersection of people strategy and commercial outcomes, directly influencing revenue growth, leadership capability, and scalable operations.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board, shaping workforce planning, compensation architecture, performance frameworks, DEIB initiatives, and change management programmes. LivingHR engages candidates on a project-by-project basis, and the timing, scope, and duration of each engagement varies according to client requirements.
- Lead enterprise-wide HR and people strategy development, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Design and oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, retention frameworks, and leadership development programmes.
- Shape organisational culture, employee engagement, and DEIB initiatives to support innovation and retention.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management to enable growth and agility.
- Ensure HR operations and practices comply with relevant regulatory and legal standards while managing performance metrics.
- Advise the CEO and executive team on compensation design, performance architecture, and future-of-work workforce models.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior roles such as CHRO or CPO in mid-to-large organisations.
- Demonstrated track record of driving organisational transformation and culture evolution linked to business outcomes.
- Comfort operating across multiple industry sectors, including technology, professional services, healthcare, and financial services.
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to engage and influence CEOs and boards.
- Experience building human-centric, AI-enabled workplaces and applying modern workforce models.
- Ability to operate in a project-based, client-facing engagement model with variable scope and timelines.
