This part-time, fully remote engagement calls for a senior fractional operator to introduce the organisation's savings model to existing clients and contacts, generating ongoing residual income. The role spans financial oversight, strategic planning, and operational leadership, and suits an experienced executive comfortable working independently across multiple functions.

• Introduce the health sharing savings model to clients and professional contacts
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and produce accurate financial reports
• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes for the organisation
• Provide strategic management guidance across financial and operational functions
• Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders in written and verbal formats
• Work independently to deliver outcomes in a fully remote environment

• Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Strong analytical and strategic management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, part-time capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
