Fractional CFO, Next in Natural

Next in Natural is a Brooklyn-based operating holding company focused on organic and natural food and beverage brands, including Chameleon Coffee, Three Trees, Aura Bora, GG Fiber, Sky Top A2 Organics, and Organic Nuna. The company is seeking a fractional CFO to bring financial rigour and strategic clarity across its portfolio as it moves into its next growth phase.

The role involves designing a consolidated financial structure across the holding company and its brands, building reporting and dashboards for leadership and investors, owning capital strategy including models and forecasts, and supporting M&A activities. A background in CPG, food and beverage, or natural and organic categories is preferred.

• Design and maintain a consolidated financial structure across the holding company and each brand entity
• Define and track KPIs and ROI by brand, team, and initiative to ensure measurable returns
• Build and lead reporting and dashboards for leadership, the board, and investors
• Own capital strategy deliverables including financial models, forecasts, and investor materials
• Support investor meetings and maintain regular, transparent communication with the investor network
• Participate in and support M&A activities as required

• 10 or more years in finance leadership, including CFO or fractional CFO experience
• Holding company or multi-brand portfolio experience is required
• Demonstrated track record supporting successful equity and debt capital raises and diligence preparation
• Strong investor relations skills, with an existing investor network considered an advantage
• Ability to lead and develop finance team members in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
• CPG, food and beverage, or natural and organic sector background preferred
