Global Digital Group is a fast-growing holding company acquiring and scaling businesses across Europe, with a stock exchange listing in progress. The business runs disciplined, capital-efficient M&A and is accelerating its deal flow. The fractional CFO will operate at roughly two to three days per week, working directly with the CEO and deal team across capital markets, transaction execution, and finance operations.
The role carries a clear transition pathway to full-time Group CFO as the platform matures. The right person will establish monthly close and exchange-standard reporting rhythms, lead interactions with analysts, lenders, and co-investors, and support two to three acquisitions through from deal close to integration handoff. Hands-on financial modelling and a working knowledge of European capital markets covenants and disclosure requirements are essential.
- Design capital structures incorporating seller financing, debt, and equity rollovers for acquisitions
- Own public-company reporting and investor relations, including earnings calls and regulatory filings
- Establish a monthly close process and reporting cadence that meets stock exchange standards
- Lead capital-markets interactions with analysts, lenders, and potential co-investors
- Partner on transactions covering modelling, diligence, SPA terms, and post-close integration
- Build scalable finance operations that deliver fast, reliable data across multiple entities
- Proven finance leadership in a high-growth, multi-entity environment, whether public or PE-backed
- Working knowledge of European capital markets, covenants, and disclosure requirements
- Hands-on financial modelling experience across M&A transactions and integration scenarios
- Ability to move quickly and prioritise timely, good-quality outputs over delayed perfection
- Comfort operating across strategic and execution levels within the same engagement
- Experience with an EU listing or working at a publicly listed company is advantageous
