Fractional CFO

This fractional CFO engagement is with an established manufacturing business generating more than $50M in annual revenue, operating across multiple legal entities. The role requires hands-on financial leadership combined with strategic input to ownership and senior management.

Key focus areas include consolidated financial reporting, intercompany transactions, cost accounting, inventory and margin analysis, and working capital management. The CFO will also advise on capital investment decisions, banking relationships, and financing arrangements, while guiding the internal accounting team and coordinating with external tax and audit advisors.

• Partner with ownership on financial strategy, business planning, and growth priorities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across all entities
• Oversee consolidated reporting, intercompany transactions, and financial controls
• Analyse manufacturing costs, inventory, margins, and working capital to improve profitability
• Advise on capital investments, financing structures, and banking relationships
• Guide the internal accounting team and coordinate with external tax and audit partners

• Senior finance leadership experience within manufacturing businesses of $50M or more in revenue
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple entities and producing consolidated financial reports
• Strong grounding in cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on depending on business needs
• Clear communicator comfortable working directly with owners and operational leaders
• CPA or MBA preferred
