BioX, a Swiss-based TechBio company, is seeking a fractional CCO to lead commercial strategy and strategic partnerships, working directly with the CEO, CFO and Board on a part-time contract basis.
BioX is a Swiss-based TechBio company applying advanced data science and computational biology to next-generation healthcare. The company is building proprietary biological datasets and analytical tools to better understand disease mechanisms and support research and clinical decision-making.
This fractional CCO engagement involves working directly with the CEO, CFO and Board to build commercial momentum and establish strategic partnerships. The role carries a strong business development focus, with the goal of positioning the company for scale ahead of an anticipated financing round. There is potential for the role to transition to a full-time appointment over time.
- Develop and execute the company's commercial and partnering strategy
- Build and maintain relationships across biotech, pharma and healthcare sectors
- Open and advance strategic partnership discussions through to term sheet stage
- Develop a robust and high-quality commercial pipeline
- Support investor relations and fundraising discussions alongside the CEO and CFO
- Design and lay the foundation for a scalable commercial organisation
- Prior experience as a CBO, VP Business Development, Head of Strategic Partnerships or equivalent senior commercial role
- Background in biotech, precision medicine, immunology, diagnostics, genomics, AI-enabled drug discovery or TechBio
- Strong existing industry network and demonstrated partnering experience
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to move between strategy and execution
- Comfortable operating in growth-stage or early-stage business environments
