Candidate Experience Coordinator (fixed-term contract)

Databricks is seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to support its talent acquisition function. This role is central to maintaining a high-quality recruitment process, managing candidate communication, coordinating interview scheduling, and ensuring every applicant has a professional and efficient experience. The position sits within a globally recognised data and AI organisation that places strong emphasis on inclusive hiring practices.

The successful candidate will bring solid organisational skills, a warm and professional communication style, and relevant experience in recruitment or HR coordination within a technology environment. An understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in hiring is also expected.

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure a positive and consistent experience for all applicants at each stage
• Support the talent acquisition team with administrative and logistical tasks
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking systems
• Uphold inclusive hiring practices aligned with diversity and inclusion commitments

• Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a related role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion principles in a hiring context
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume technology environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or scheduling tools is advantageous
