A Seattle-based, mission-driven organisation seeks an interim VP of Human Resources to provide executive leadership across all people functions, including organisational development, compliance, and performance management. The role is hybrid.
Scion Nonprofit Staffing is conducting a search for an Interim Vice President of Human Resources on behalf of an established, mission-driven organisation in the Seattle area. The role is hybrid, combining onsite collaboration with remote flexibility, and some regional travel is anticipated.
The interim VP will join the executive leadership team and take immediate ownership of the HR function. The priority is to strengthen HR operations, advance key people initiatives, build organisational accountability, and develop scalable practices. The selected candidate may also be considered for the permanent HR executive position through the organisation's formal search process, though conversion is not guaranteed.
