Vice President - Commercial Growth (Commission Based/Contractor)

Korfshore Inc. is expanding its North American commercial presence and seeking an experienced Vice President of Commercial Growth to lead business development across the region. This is a commission-based independent contractor engagement suited to a commercially driven professional with an established network and the ability to operate autonomously at a senior level.

The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying new opportunities through to contract closure and client handover. The successful candidate will represent Korfshore's managed operations, BPO, finance and accounting, customer experience, healthcare support, and workforce solutions, coordinating closely with internal delivery and leadership teams to develop tailored commercial proposals.

• Lead commercial growth and business development activities across North America, targeting key industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other senior decision-makers.
• Develop strategic sales plans, market-entry initiatives, and client acquisition strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to contract closure and client handover.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate CRM records and commercial reporting.
• Identify and develop strategic alliances, referral partners, and channel partnership opportunities.

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven senior-level experience in B2B sales, business development, commercial leadership, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and convert senior decision-makers into commercial relationships.
• Strong understanding of the North American business and commercial landscape.
• Background in BPO, outsourcing, managed services, consulting, or professional services is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of commercial outcomes.
