A contract Recruiting Coordinator role at Ramp, managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and workflow operations across the talent team's hiring pipelines.
Ramp is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support its talent team across NYC and San Francisco offices (three days per week on-site required). The role centres on scheduling interviews, communicating logistics to candidates and hiring teams, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
The coordinator will also identify inefficiencies such as interviewer load imbalances and slow feedback loops, and manage workflows within GSuite, Ashby, and scheduling automation tools. The pace is fast, volume is high, and the ability to reprioritise quickly without losing detail is essential.
- Drive end-to-end interview scheduling and communicate logistics clearly to candidates and hiring teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during both virtual and in-person interviews.
- Build collaborative relationships with talent team members, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Identify process bottlenecks such as interviewer overload, stalled stages, and delayed feedback, and propose fixes.
- Manage workflows and scheduling automation within GSuite and Ashby ATS.
- Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Up to one year of coordination or administrative experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with close attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating at high volume and reprioritising rapidly as circumstances change throughout the day.
- A bias toward urgency, responding promptly and following through without prompting.
- Experience with Ashby and Modernloop or comparable ATS and scheduling tools is a plus.
