Kitchen Renovations Perfected is seeking a Fractional Operating and Strategic Partner to lead operations across its kitchen, bath, closet, and full home remodelling projects. The role sits on-site in Boca Raton and carries responsibility for scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and quality control across active projects.
Beyond day-to-day operations, the partner will contribute to business strategy, drive growth initiatives, establish project management best practices, and support leadership with performance data and reporting. The role requires hands-on familiarity with construction and renovation environments, strong cross-functional coordination, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee daily operations across kitchen, bath, closet, and full home remodelling projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate design, construction, and installation teams and manage vendor and supplier relationships
- Implement and refine project management best practices, including scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site issue resolution
- Shape and execute growth strategy and business development initiatives to strengthen market position
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, managing expectations through to post-project follow-up
- Monitor key performance indicators and deliver data-informed recommendations to leadership
- Proven background in construction, remodelling, or design operations with hands-on experience in kitchen, bath, or home renovation projects
- Strong project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Experience in strategic partnerships, business planning, and account management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams on site and maintain a culture of safety and quality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Comfortable with basic business analytics and performance reporting to inform strategic decisions
