Andeavour
Member of Agentic AI Security Advisory Board (CIOs/CISOs)
Andeavour is seeking current CIOs and CISOs to join an equity-based advisory board, shaping the product direction and enterprise deployment strategy for AgentGuard, its Agentic AI security platform.
Andeavour, a cross-border Agentic AI company operating across the US, EU, and Israel, and a partner of NVIDIA and Google, is building AgentGuard to address the security risks specific to agentic AI systems. These include agent insertion into trusted SaaS platforms, unauthorised autonomous actions, shadow agents, human-agent exploitation, and identity-driven data leakage. The platform secures what Andeavour calls the AI Principals layer, an attack surface that most existing security tooling does not address.
Advisory board members will guide product direction, advise on enterprise deployment priorities, and help establish measurable benchmarks for risk, efficiency, and ROI. Compensation is equity-based, structured as long-term participation in the company's growth. Members may also opt in as Design Partners.
- Shape the product direction of AgentGuard based on enterprise security experience
- Advise on enterprise deployment requirements and control priorities
- Help define measurable risk, efficiency, and ROI benchmarks for Agentic AI defences
- Contribute governance and compliance perspectives relevant to mid-to-large enterprise environments
- Optionally participate as a Design Partner to inform product development directly
- Currently serving as a CIO or CISO at a mid-to-large enterprise
- Direct responsibility for AI governance, cybersecurity, IT, or data protection
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI adoption, agentic systems, or AI-related risk management
- Familiarity with the evolving threat landscape around autonomous AI agents and SaaS integrations
- Willingness to engage as an equity-based advisor with a long-term commitment
