An interim Executive Director engagement to provide stabilising leadership for STRIVE NYC during an executive transition, covering day-to-day operations across Harlem and Brooklyn sites while preparing the organisation for a permanent leader.
STRIVE NYC is navigating an executive leadership transition following the departure of its Executive Director. DRG Consulting is sourcing an experienced interim leader to provide steady, hands-on oversight of the organisation's New York City operations across its Harlem and Brooklyn sites, reporting directly to STRIVE's President and CEO.
The interim will focus on setting clear organisational priorities, strengthening cross-program collaboration, monitoring contractual commitments, and leading FY2027 planning across budgets, staffing, and cohort schedules. The role also involves supporting fundraising efforts by ensuring the development team has timely access to accurate program data, and representing STRIVE externally during the transition period. Workforce development sector experience is advantageous.
