- Manage end-to-end monthly close processes and produce accurate financial reports for executive leadership
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls across accounting and finance functions
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations
- Partner with revenue cycle leaders, department directors, and clinical teams to deliver data-driven financial insights
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentoring to accounting staff
- Contribute to budgeting support and long-term fiscal planning initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in hospital or healthcare finance, including controller or senior accounting leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting controls, financial reporting, and healthcare regulatory compliance
- Experience supporting or managing external audits in a healthcare setting
- Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams in complex organisations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with revenue cycle, clinical, and operational stakeholders
