Interim Director and Executive Positions - Acute Care

Placements span the full inpatient acute care leadership spectrum. Candidates already working as interims are encouraged to connect, as are those looking to transition into interim leadership for the first time. Contract-based engagements are offered across multiple client hospitals.

• Provide interim leadership coverage across acute care service lines including surgical, emergency, and women and child services
• Conduct rapid operational assessments upon placement to identify immediate priorities
• Stabilise clinical and administrative operations during leadership transitions
• Communicate effectively with staff, medical staff, and key stakeholders throughout the engagement
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and accreditation standards are maintained
• Develop and execute transition plans to support permanent leadership succession

• Prior inpatient acute care leadership experience at director, VP, or C-suite level
• Demonstrated ability to step into interim roles with minimal onboarding time
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: surgical services, emergency services, nursing leadership, finance, or human resources
• Availability for contract-based interim placements across multiple client sites
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in complex hospital environments
