Interim HR Director

A healthcare organisation based in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an Interim HR Director to step in quickly and manage the full scope of human resources operations across the facility. The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately 20-plus FTEs, driving employee relations strategy, engagement, retention, and regulatory compliance. The role carries broad accountability across the HR function and requires someone available to commence within two to three weeks of acceptance.

Key areas of focus include talent acquisition, compensation administration, performance and change management, onboarding and offboarding processes, workers' compensation claims, HR record-keeping, audits, and the communication of HR policy throughout the organisation. Local candidates based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area are strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree and at least seven years of relevant HR experience are required.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the facility, including employee relations and compliance oversight
• Oversee approximately 20-plus FTEs and lead ongoing engagement and retention initiatives
• Lead talent acquisition activity and administer compensation programmes
• Coordinate performance management and change management processes
• Support onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate HR records, audits, and compliance data
• Communicate HR policies clearly and consistently across the organisation

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related discipline
• Minimum seven years of relevant human resources experience
• Experience managing HR operations in a clinical or healthcare environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, and compensation administration
• Local candidate based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area strongly preferred
• Availability to commence within two to three weeks of offer acceptance
