• Provide strategic guidance on market expansion, commercialisation, and company growth priorities.
• Advise leadership on physician licensing models, employer health partnerships, and virtual care platform development.
• Share expertise on chronic disease management, healthcare innovation, reimbursement structures, and value-based care.
• Introduce relevant strategic partners, payers, physician organisations, employers, or investors when appropriate.
• Participate in periodic virtual Advisory Board meetings and strategic planning discussions.

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare technology, employer health, or related fields.
• Track record of building, scaling, advising, or investing in healthcare organisations.
• Strong professional networks across providers, payers, physician organisations, employers, or healthcare investors.
• Genuine interest in advancing innovative approaches to chronic disease management.
• Availability to contribute approximately one to two hours per month.
