Fractional Head of Sales, Exhibits and Experiential Marketing

Activate Entertainment specialises in trade show booth design and fabrication, brand activations, esports productions, and livestream broadcasts. The company is seeking a fractional Head of Sales and Revenue to help design and scale a repeatable commercial function, covering everything from go-to-market strategy through to deal closure.

This is a retainer-based engagement of roughly 40 to 60 hours per month, with a performance commission component. The role suits someone who is highly responsive, commercially driven, and comfortable operating as a senior contributor without full-time support structures around them.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy across target verticals
• Manage and advance the sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
• Build and maintain CRM infrastructure, including forecasting and reporting processes
• Drive new business development and establish strategic partnerships
• Lead proposal strategy, negotiation, and deal closure
• Advise on long-term commercial strategy and revenue growth

• Proven track record in senior sales or revenue leadership roles
• Experience with event production, trade shows, or experiential marketing industries preferred
• Strong skills in CRM management and sales process design
• Ability to operate independently in a fractional capacity with minimal oversight
• Highly responsive with strong follow-through and professional communication habits
• Comfortable with a retainer plus performance-based commission structure
