VYNDERO, an AI-powered content protection platform for digital creators, is seeking a fractional Head of Growth to build customer acquisition from the ground up and drive recurring subscription revenue.
VYNDERO is building an AI-powered platform that helps digital creators identify content-policy risks and optimise scripts, titles, metadata, and descriptions before publishing across major social media platforms. The company is at the start of its commercial journey and is seeking an entrepreneurial growth executive to establish its market position in the emerging Content Protection category.
This is a fully remote, independent-contractor engagement with performance-based, revenue-share compensation. The successful candidate will work directly with the founder and hold substantial autonomy over growth strategy and execution. Compensation transitions to a fixed monthly arrangement once defined revenue milestones are consistently achieved. No guaranteed base salary is offered at commencement.
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition and revenue growth strategy from zero paying customers.
- Build scalable organic, partnership, affiliate, and paid acquisition channels.
- Acquire paying subscribers and grow monthly recurring revenue over time.
- Form strategic partnerships with creators, agencies, and creator communities.
- Establish measurable growth KPIs and report performance results to the founder.
- Test, measure, and continuously improve acquisition performance, identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Proven track record growing an early-stage SaaS business with documented customer acquisition results.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing, subscription business models, and recurring revenue mechanics.
- Experience with AI products, creator tools, or social media platforms is advantageous.
- Comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight, owning both strategy and execution.
- Entrepreneurially minded and motivated by performance-based, revenue-share compensation structures.
- Ability to articulate a clear approach to taking a SaaS product from zero to meaningful recurring revenue.
