A fractional Head of Growth opportunity with a prop trading and fintech platform, focused on customer acquisition, conversion improvement and building a scalable growth engine.
XRS, operating under QCH Capital, is a prop trading business building out its platform for UK and international markets. The engagement begins with an intensive 30-day paid Growth Sprint, during which the successful candidate will diagnose funnel leakage across the full acquisition journey, from traffic through to registration, checkout and retention. The goal is to identify what is preventing growth, resolve the highest-impact issues quickly, validate the acquisition model, and produce a roadmap for scaling.
The role spans paid acquisition, conversion rate optimisation, GA4 and GTM attribution, SEO strategy, affiliate programmes, CRM and lifecycle marketing, pricing tests, and growth analytics. The company is looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of improving CAC and ROAS, ideally within prop trading, CFD, forex, or fintech, though strong performance marketers from subscription, marketplace or e-commerce businesses are also considered.
- Own and manage the full acquisition funnel from traffic through to customer conversion and retention
- Run paid media campaigns via Google Ads and PPC, optimising for CAC and ROAS
- Lead conversion rate optimisation across landing pages and mobile touchpoints
- Implement and maintain GA4 and GTM attribution to ensure accurate performance reporting
- Develop and execute SEO commercial strategy and affiliate growth programmes
- Manage CRM, lifecycle marketing, pricing tests and growth analytics initiatives
- At least five years in growth, performance marketing or customer acquisition roles
- A minimum of three years of experience in prop trading, CFD, forex brokerage, fintech or a comparable financial services environment (desirable)
- Proven track record of improving CAC, conversion rates and ROAS with measurable evidence
- Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and optimising acquisition funnels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify funnel leakage and prioritise high-impact fixes quickly
- Bachelor's degree required
