Fractional Franchise Sales Director (Part-Time) at Palm Berries

Palm Berries is an expanding açaí bowl and smoothie franchise seeking an experienced Franchise Sales Director on a part-time fractional basis. This is a hands-on sales role requiring active cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, as well as strategic input on franchise development positioning and process improvement. The successful candidate will manage prospects from initial contact through discovery, due diligence, and agreement execution, while also tapping into broker networks and industry associations to build a qualified pipeline.

Compensation combines a retainer or base with performance-based commission, structured according to experience, network depth, and time commitment. Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week are expected, with occasional travel to franchise events and conferences.

• Conduct consistent cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and engage qualified franchise prospects
• Build and manage relationships with franchise brokers, consultants, and multi-unit operators
• Develop new prospecting channels and partnership opportunities within the franchise industry
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach through discovery, due diligence, and agreement execution
• Attend relevant franchise events and conferences to generate leads and expand network
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve sales process, messaging, and market positioning

• Demonstrated track record in franchise sales or franchise development, including single- and multi-unit opportunities
• Established relationships with franchise brokers, consultants, investors, and multi-unit operators
• Proven ability to generate opportunities through cold outreach rather than solely inbound leads
• Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and closing skills with an understanding of franchise compliance requirements
• Experience in food service, QSR, hospitality, or emerging franchise concepts is strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and report pipeline activity and progress to leadership on a regular basis
