• Build reliable short and medium-term cashflow forecasts and deliver regular cash visibility to the leadership team.
• Tighten working capital management across customer and supplier cash cycles.
• Establish structure and controls around capital expenditure, including approvals, tracking, and linkage to forecasts.
• Develop commercial reporting on unit economics, margin, and customer profitability to support leadership decisions.
• Streamline core finance processes, beginning with month-end close, management reporting, and financial controls.
• Set up effective business partnering with operations, commercial, and product teams, and support board and investor reporting.

• Senior finance leadership experience at FD, VP Finance, or CFO level within a VC-backed, high-growth business.
• Strong capability in complex commercial modelling with the ability to translate outputs into operational decisions.
• Proven experience building cashflow forecasting and managing working capital in a capex-exposed, cash-sensitive environment.
• Demonstrated track record of fixing finance processes and developing team capability at pace.
• Exposure to operationally intensive or infrastructure-led business models is advantageous.
• Experience scaling finance through a significant funding round and managing the associated investor reporting is a bonus.
