Finance Business Partner APAC - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Reporting to the CFO, this Finance Business Partner position sits at the intersection of finance and commercial operations across the APAC region. The role involves leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning cycles, delivering accurate financial reporting, and providing variance analysis and commercial insights that support strategic decisions. The successful candidate will also partner with APAC distributors and act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.

The role suits a commercially minded finance professional who is comfortable influencing stakeholders, evaluating investment opportunities, identifying cost efficiencies and driving process improvements. Experience in retail, manufacturing or logistics is considered an advantage. The contract has an expected start date of October or November, with a duration of 12 months.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes across the APAC region.
• Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and communicating insights clearly.
• Partner with senior business leaders and APAC distributors to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Evaluate business projects and investment opportunities from a financial perspective.
• Drive process improvements to streamline financial operations and improve data integrity.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, plus CA or CPA qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with 5 or more years post-qualification or in a commercial finance role.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background in retail, manufacturing, logistics or a similar industry is highly regarded.
