Executive Partner, Enterprise Architecture & Innovation
Support a portfolio of 28 to 30 Enterprise Architecture and Innovation leaders at Fortune 100 to 500 organisations, delivering advisory, coaching and strategic guidance across EA, cloud and innovation management.
This client-facing advisory role requires managing a portfolio of senior Enterprise Architecture and Innovation leaders, typically reporting to CIOs at large global enterprises. The partner delivers value through regular briefings, on-site workshops, roundtables, webinars and attendance at relevant events, drawing on deep personal experience in EA and innovation leadership to coach clients on their most pressing priorities.
The role combines executive advisory with commercial accountability, including member retention, prospect cultivation and account planning in partnership with internal Sales, Analyst and Client Manager teams. It is predominantly home-based with a requirement for executive presence and the ability to build trusted peer-level relationships with C-suite clients.
- Manage a portfolio of 28 to 30 EA and Innovation leader clients from Fortune 100 to 500 organisations, delivering structured advisory programmes.
- Coach and mentor clients on enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, platform design, innovation management and digital transformation.
- Facilitate on-site workshops, roundtables, webinars and briefings that address critical client initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Analyst and Client Manager teams to ensure consistent value delivery across accounts.
- Support member retention and contribute to regional growth through prospect cultivation and account plan development.
- Maintain strong executive presence and credibility as a peer-level adviser to C-suite and senior technology leaders.
- 15 or more years of senior experience in Enterprise Architecture leadership, such as Chief Enterprise Architect, CTO, Chief Innovation Officer or equivalent at a Fortune 500 organisation.
- Proven subject matter expertise across EA disciplines including governance, cloud architecture, federated EA and platform architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in innovation leadership, covering ideation, funding, prototyping, horizon scanning and innovation metrics.
- Prior experience in consulting, sales or other client-facing executive roles.
- Excellent relationship management skills, including direct experience working with C-level executives.
- Strong verbal, written and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver actionable, outcome-focused advice.
