Founding Director of Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Development (Fractional / Advisory) – My Dental Wig

MYDENTALWIG is developing a healthcare technology platform centred on what it calls Ingestion Intelligence, combining advanced sensing, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing to detect and interpret human ingestion behaviour in real time. The company is building a vertically integrated ecosystem that spans healthcare, advanced manufacturing, AI-enabled systems, and strategic infrastructure.

This fractional engagement sits at the intersection of corporate development and ecosystem strategy. The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder to cultivate and manage partnerships across healthcare, semiconductors, AI, energy, real estate, and academic or government research. The role also involves supporting conversations with institutional investors and family offices, and advising on long-term strategic direction. Engagement starts at 10 to 20 hours per week with scope to expand as the company grows.

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships aligned with the company's technology and ecosystem roadmap.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders across healthcare, AI, semiconductor, manufacturing, energy, and real estate sectors.
• Engage universities, research institutions, and clinical partners for collaborative development opportunities.
• Support discussions with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic capital partners.
• Structure joint ventures, licensing agreements, and long-term strategic collaborations.
• Advise the Founder on high-priority external relationships and evaluate potential partners for strategic fit and ecosystem alignment.

• 10 or more years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, venture development, investment banking, or related fields.
• Demonstrated track record building or managing high-value strategic relationships.
• Strong network across at least one of: healthcare, technology, manufacturing, AI, semiconductors, energy, real estate, or institutional investment.
• Experience engaging senior executives, founders, or institutional stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments.
