Fractional Director of Business Development - Healthcare Capital Projects

This part-time contractor role is designed for a senior business development professional with established relationships across healthcare architecture, engineering, construction, development, or owner advisory sectors.

The engagement is structured around a monthly retainer with potential performance incentives. The position offers a flexible schedule and suits experienced professionals looking for a relationship-driven arrangement where their healthcare sector knowledge and network can deliver tangible impact. A Denver or Front Range base is preferred, though strong national healthcare relationships are also valued.

• Identify and develop qualified business opportunities within the healthcare capital projects sector
• Facilitate introductions to healthcare executives and capital project decision-makers
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare systems, medical real estate developers, and owner advisory teams
• Support PDC Partners' positioning and overall business development strategy
• Advance opportunities from initial conversations through to prospective engagements

• Senior business development experience in healthcare AEC, development, or owner advisory consulting
• Established relationships with healthcare owners, developers, and capital programme leadership
• Solid understanding of healthcare construction and capital project delivery processes
• Ability to independently cultivate relationships and open doors without close supervision
• Comfortable operating in a flexible, part-time contractor arrangement
