Interim Director, Human Resources

A Washington state hospital is seeking an interim Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across its 48-bed facility. The successful candidate will oversee a broad remit spanning talent acquisition, compensation administration, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and change management initiatives. The role also involves managing workers' compensation claims, maintaining HR records, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance data is accurate and current.

The position requires someone who can step in quickly, with availability to commence within two to three weeks of offer acceptance. Hands-on experience in a small facility environment and demonstrated union experience are both required. The engagement is managed through B.E. • Bachelor's degree is required
