Job Details

SAPSOL Technologies Inc., the parent company of Robocart.ai, is selectively recruiting a small number of senior SAP and ERP commercial leaders as fractional chief officers (CRO, CGO, or CMO). The role operates at board level on an independent contractor basis, with compensation structured around hourly fees for client-facing engagement, profit share on closed contracts, and recurring residual income for the lifetime of each client relationship. Equity participation may be offered after one year of successful engagement.

This is not a traditional sales or quota-carrying role. The expectation is that candidates bring established C-level relationships and introduce qualified prospects for SAPSOL's proof-of-concept discussions. SAPSOL handles all delivery, including SAP S/4HANA programmes, AI and intelligent automation, and managed services. The earning range cited in the listing is $120,000 to $450,000 per year, driven entirely by performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Introduce qualified C-level prospects aligned with SAP S/4HANA transformation and enterprise modernisation initiatives
  • Position the urgency of SAP S/4HANA Cloud adoption and AI-driven efficiency to prospective clients
  • Act as an executive bridge between your professional network and SAPSOL's delivery leadership
  • Collaborate directly with SAPSOL's CEO and senior leadership on commercial strategy
  • Help cultivate long-term client relationships that generate recurring revenue for both parties
Job Requirments
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP, ERP, enterprise sales, or executive business development
  • Established network of C-level contacts (CIOs, CFOs, COOs, CTOs, or CEOs) at enterprise organisations in the US
  • Ability to introduce at least two qualified C-level prospects for a SAPSOL proof-of-concept discussion
  • Comfortable operating as an independent contractor (1099) without employment structure or fixed schedules
  • Background as a former SAP Sales Director, SAP Partner, Big-4 leader, or ERP executive preferred
