Norven
Chief Revenue Officer (Advisory, Fractional) — Pricing & Go-to-Market
A fractional advisory CRO seat to shape pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategy for a pre-revenue AI governance platform, working directly with founders across UK, Gulf and US markets.
Norven is a UK-founded, pre-revenue AI governance company helping enterprises, governments and AI labs establish what AI agents are permitted to do within high-stakes systems. With design-partner conversations active across financial services, telecom, healthcare, government and AI-native companies in the UK, the Gulf and the US, the company's first commercial engagements will set the foundations of its pricing model and platform architecture for years to come.
This is a founding advisory seat reporting directly to the founders. The role involves biweekly working sessions, review of pricing and design-partner proposals, and selective involvement in key buyer conversations. There is no quota, no team and no operating responsibility. The engagement begins as a three-month arrangement, with advisor equity on standard vesting and a potential path to a board observer seat or deeper involvement over time. Fractional CROs and currently serving executives who take one outside advisory seat are welcome.

- Track record selling into regulated enterprise, public sector or AI lab buyers.
