- Take interim operational and financial leadership at law firms on a project basis
- Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Drive process improvement and workflow optimisation across firm operations
- Coordinate vendor relationships and technology implementations
- Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and execute compliance-aligned solutions
- Support the development of Estrin Advisory Partners' fractional executive network
- Minimum five years of experience as a fractional C-suite executive
- Demonstrated background working within law firms or in-house legal departments
- Ability to operate as a 1099 independent contractor
- Comfortable managing variable engagement lengths with minimal oversight
- Strong operational and financial leadership capability at the C-suite level
