Chief Medical Officer (Part-Time Advisor)

MyPattern, incubated by Red Cell Partners, is a personalised health platform that unifies a woman's health data across labs, EHR records, wearables, supplements and cycle trackers to provide coherent, actionable health guidance. This part-time advisor role carries high visibility, bridging Western medicine and integrative care as the clinical face of the platform.

The Chief Medical Officer will appear on brand and marketing materials, represent MyPattern in strategic partnerships requiring clinical credibility, and serve as the deciding voice when the Clinical Advisory Board is divided on product direction. The role is structured as an equity and advisory package rather than a salary. Active clinical practice is not required.

• Serve as the public clinical spokesperson across the website, marketing materials and social media
• Represent MyPattern as CMO in select contracts and strategic partnerships where clinical alignment is required
• Lead and adjudicate Clinical Advisory Board decisions when the board is split on a product direction
• Provide clinical guidance on product development, particularly in areas where evidence is incomplete or evolving
• Contribute approximately 10 to 15 hours per month to advisory and public-facing activities

• MD or DO with board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, OB/GYN, or a relevant women's health specialty
• Formal integrative health training alongside Western medical credentials, such as functional medicine, naturopathic medicine, or a recognised equivalent
• Comfort and credibility as a public-facing spokesperson and clinical voice
• Confident clinical judgement in integrative modalities, including supplements, where evidence is limited
• Active clinical practice not required; practicing physicians and those no longer seeing patients are equally welcomed
