Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Advisory

FitPoint Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client operating across Hospitality, Software Development and Financial Services. The incoming CMO will serve as the senior marketing leader, translating business priorities into clear go-to-market plans, sharpened market positioning and measurable customer growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, not an external advisory arrangement.

The CMO will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to align marketing with commercial strategy, manage agency and vendor relationships, and build a high-performing internal marketing function. A data-informed, practical approach to demand generation, CRM, lifecycle marketing and digital performance is central to the role.

• Lead company-wide marketing strategy spanning brand, growth, product marketing and digital channels.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for products, services and market expansion initiatives.
• Build scalable demand generation and growth marketing programmes to drive qualified customer acquisition.
• Strengthen CRM and lifecycle marketing to improve engagement, conversion, retention and long-term customer value.
• Partner with Product, Sales and Business Development leaders on product marketing, positioning and commercial priorities.
• Build and coach a high-performing marketing team, and manage external agency and vendor relationships.

• Significant senior marketing leadership experience, with accountability for strategy, execution and commercial outcomes.
• Demonstrated capability across go-to-market strategy, growth marketing, brand strategy, demand generation and product marketing.
• Experience in, or marketing to, Hospitality, Software Development or Financial Services sectors.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• A practical, data-informed approach to building marketing capability and optimising performance.
